As in previous years, RAS was again appointed as an official partner of KUKA.
RAS uses KUKA robots for loading and unloading the RAS Multibend Center panel benders and for loading blanks at the RAS MiniBendCenter. The robots are “self-intelligent”, meaning that they do not need to be taught or programmed. Instead, they calculate their own driving movements. This method allows a flexible production of small batches.
